I had originally bought my charity box via Amazon 2 years ago, and recently lost the keys for it. Amazon directed me to this website to get replacement keys and customer service was prompt and very helpful! My shipment came quickly and they sent me 2 sets of keys, so there's no excuse to lose them again! :)
